Das PESM besitzt getrennte Regler für die Ausgangslautstärke und den Verzerrungsgrad sowie eine semiparametrische 3-Band EQ-Sektion. Der semiparametrische Mittenbereich ermöglicht eine große Bandbreite von rockig bis zu extremen Heavy Metal-Sounds.
